In the spring of 1946, Hungary’s postwar economic landscape disintegrated into the most volatile hyperinflation crisis ever documented, making this genuine Ten Thousand Milpengő note a spectacular testament to currency collapse. Representing an astronomical 10 Billion base Pengős printed just months before the final monetary reboot, the note features a striking greyish-blue ornate frame enclosing a graceful portrait of a young woman wearing a traditional crown on the front, anchored by a vibrant red-orange denomination overprint, while the reverse displays a beautifully balanced oval guilloche design showcasing the 10,000 face value. Ships free from Europe! International orders arrive in 5 to 45 business days.A remarkably crisp historical survivor with sharp corners and deep inks, showing a faint vertical center handling wave under direct light and a microscopic, minor nick along the bottom edge margin.Ten Thousand Milpengő ("Tízezer Milpengő") — Equivalent to 10 Billion (10,000,000,000) base Pengős: Issued April 29, 1946 | Serial: A 091 / 052603.
