<p>This Motherboard has a <span style="color: rgb(10, 10, 10); font-family: "Google Sans", Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">capacitor that broke off. Someone tried to solder it back on but failed. It looks like he might have burnt part of the motherboard. If I had to guess that capacitor that is half on does not work. The PS3 did have the RLOD, but not because of the capacitor. It looks like the Thermal paste is new as well. Please keep this all in mind before buying!
