Beautiful and SPARKLY blue AB Rhinestone (maybe crystal?) brooch about 1.5". Unsigned but looks like Czech glass/crystals to me. A few of the stones have superficial scratches to the finish but the scratches do not penetrate the glass. The actual rod of the pin is a bit bent.
