Product Overview:Up for sale is a professional-grade Porta-Trace Stainless Steel Light Box manufactured by Gagne, Inc.. Known as "the best and the brightest," this unit is a versatile tool for professionals and hobbyists alike. It is ideal for calligraphy, stained glass, photography, embossing, quilting, and any task requiring high-quality backlighting.Technical Specifications:• Manufacturer: Gagne, Inc. (Johnson City, NY)• Model: 1012-1• Viewing Area: Approximately 10" x 12"• Frame: Rust-resistant stainless steel• Surface: 1/8" Plexiglass top• Lighting: Includes one 8W Fluorescent light bulb (Standard)• Safety: UL Listed• Origin: Made in the USACondition Notes:• The Unit: The light box looks new as if it was barely used. It was briefly removed from the box to verify that it powers on correctly and is in perfect working order.• The Packaging: The original box is included but shows some wear on the opening. Due to the very tight factory fit, the cardboard shows some stress marks and minor tearing from the unboxing process.• Documentation: Includes the original Gagne, Inc. instruction sheet for "Suggestions for Using & Servicing".Internal Note for Buyer:The instructions note that if the unit flickers or does not light initially, the lamps may have been jarred loose during shipping. This is easily resolved by removing the Plexiglass top and adjusting the lamps in their sockets.
