**True Vintage 1960s/1970s Kay O' Kauai Hawaiian Aloha Shirt — Rare Metal Tiki Buttons** Up for sale is a rare, highly collectible vintage Hawaiian shirt from the iconic **Kay O' Kauai** label (designed by Kay Hazard on Kauai, operating 1962–1987). This stunning mid-century piece features a vibrant, crisp red-and-white abstract floral print on high-quality, textured cotton. The premier standout feature of this shirt is the **complete set of original molded metal Tiki mask buttons**, which are fully intact, brilliant, and securely attached. Finding these premium mid-century shirts with all original metal hardware is extremely difficult.
