This lot includes an instant collection of two authentic mid-century industrial dome-top metal lunch boxes by Thermos. Perfect for rugged daily use, vintage workshop storage, or classic blue-collar display, this pair offers two distinct retro styles:Black Steel Box: A heavy-duty classic with a black enameled crinkle finish, an embossed "V" accent on the lid, and a clean white interior.Silver Aluminum Box: A lightweight alternative featuring a striking Art Deco-influenced diamond-hatch texture that catches the light beautifully.Both boxes feature the iconic dome-top shape designed to hold a vacuum bottle and include their original interior wire retaining brackets inside the lids.Item Condition & Character FlawsBlack Steel Box: Shows external scuffing, minor surface oxidation/rust on the heavy metal latches, and light paint loss along the base corners. The interior white paint has some typical light staining and minor edge rust but remains structurally solid. The bottom retains the clear, stamped manufacturer's logo.Silver Aluminum Box: The exterior aluminum remains bright with only minor scuffs, light surface pitting, and small dings from use.
