This antique gossip bench, also known as a telephone table, is crafted from solid mahogany and features a beautifully carved lyre splat backrest, a classic design detail from its era. Maker is unknown, but the craftsmanship reflects quality construction typical of the period. It's in good condition overall, showing some age-appropriate wear such as minor surface scratches and patina consistent with its history, but structurally sound and ready to use or display. A charming, functional piece for an entryway, hallway, or reading nook. Measurements available upon request.

It is in sturdy stable condition.
