Antique 1890s Simons Bros Sterling Silver Thimble - "Priscilla" Pattern, Beautiful, authentic late-Victorian era sterling silver sewing thimble manufactured by the renowned Simons Bros. Company. This piece features the highly collectible "Priscilla" pattern, beautifully adorned with a beaded border and classic scrolled floral engraving around the central cartouche.Item Details:Manufacturer: Simons Bros. Co. (features the classic maker's hallmark stamp on the inside dome).Material: Sterling Silver (19th-century pieces used the maker's mark as their purity guarantee).Date: Clearly stamped with the original patent date: "PAT DEC 3 89" (December 3, 1889).Pattern: "Priscilla"Condition: Beautiful antique condition with a great natural patina.
