For sale is an original Apple Silentype thermal printer, introduced by Apple Computer for use with the Apple II family.This printer has been tested and is working properly. As shown in the photos, it successfully prints output from an Apple II. The Silentype was one of Apple’s earliest printers and is an increasingly difficult accessory to find in tested, operational condition.Included* Apple Silentype thermal printer* Attached printer cable* Original Apple Computer Silentype Black Image Thermal Paper roll* Paper currently installed for testingThe original Apple-branded thermal paper is a particularly nice addition and displays the period Apple Computer Inc. packaging.ConditionThe printer is in good vintage condition with normal age-related cosmetic wear and discoloration. The Apple/Silentype badge is present and looks very good.Fully tested and working. The actual test print shown in the photos was produced by this printer in August 2026.This is nearly 45-year-old vintage computer equipment and is being sold as a working collectible.
