2018 Davi MCA 2522 CNC Plate Bending Roll 2018 Davi MCA 2522 CNC Plate Bending Roll 2018 DAVI MCA 2522 CNC 4-roll plate bending roll, 100% manufactured in Italy by DAVI. This machine is designed for precision plate rolling, cylinder forming, cone bending, and production fabrication applications. Features include 2550 mm roll length, 10 mm maximum thickness capacity, 4-roll configuration, 6.75" installed top roll, 7.9" bottom roll, 6.3" side rolls, 12 HP installed power, and hydraulic operation. This machine is equipped with DAVI Servo-Tronic technology, Roll-by-Wire digital control, driven clamping rolls, high-speed top roll re-rolling drive, hydraulic yoke/top roll tilting, roll rotation hydraulic brake, electronically pre-settable clamping pressure, cone bending capability, planetary roll guides, and heavy-duty self-aligning roller bearings. The currently installed 6.75" top roll is intended for smaller diameter rolling applications. Factory 8.7" diameter top roll may be available separately from OEM.
