(flat measures 20 to 23" stretched)Waist would probably best fit 22 to 40 inches. (flat measures 12 1/4 to 19 1/2" stretched)Hips would probably best fit 37 to 51 inches. Skirt is flared / A-Line. (flat measures 24 to 26" stretched)Length from top of shoulder seam straight down to bottom hem is 41 1/4"Gorgeous print on this lovely cotton dress!! Looks like prehistoric flowers to me!! Comfortable elasticized waistband with matching, detachable belt tie. Wrap at bust actually are two pieces, and it has been safety pinned at one spot to stay shut. The measurements are the measurements with this pinned, but because of this, the bust is slightly adjustable. Inside tag is still attached, stating "181/2"
