<p>Powers on, but I do not have the charger. I tested it with AA batteries and I got it to power on, but the latch to hold the batteries in place would not close, so it would have to be repaired or powered with the charger. </p><br /><p>The exterior is in decent condition, but the interior where the batteries go is very corroded. I tried to get pictures showing this as best as I could. </p><br /><p>SD card not included.</p>
