Incredible vintage 1980s Hiroko Koshino Paris luxury mock-neck tunic sweater in a women's size 42 (Italian sizing, US size 6). Crafted in Italy from a premium blend of 70% wool, 10% cashmere, 10% viscose, and 10% acrylic, this rare archival piece features a mesmerizing black and silver-grey optical check pattern, a structured mock neckline, and a minimalist single-button center pleat. Designed by legendary Japanese pioneer Hiroko Koshino who took her collections to Paris in 1982—this garment merges Japanese avant-garde heritage with elite Italian craftsmanship.
