Exquisite antique / vintage Art Deco necklace featuring four (4) panels of frosted Camphor glass with a radiant starburst intaglio design, framed and accented by intricate white gold shell filigree and etched vintage paperclip link chain. The glass is oval shaped, with 3 of the pieces measuring 0.75” x 0.5”, and one larger medallion measuring 1.25” x 0.75”. The necklace is an elegant Y lariat, measuring 16” around with a 2” drop. The clasp is a secure elongated thumbless spring ring clasp (antique spring ring).Necklace is excellent condition for its age- all glass is eye clean with no apparent cracks or chips; all glass and metal are original. The filigree shows minor yellowing in small areas where the white gold shell has worn, and one panel is missing its center stone chip. Stones are unidentified. Special find for collectors, and a lovely statement necklace for anyone appreciates beautifully made, unique vintage jewelry.
