Vintage Dirt Devil handheld vacuum cleaner manufactured by Royal Appliance Mfg. Co., Cleveland, Ohio, USA. This classic red Dirt Devil Model 103 has been tested for basic operation. The motor powers on and produces noticeable suction. The original cloth dust bag inflates during use, demonstrating airflow and suction. A video of operation has been included with the listing. Please note that the internal brush roller does not rotate during testing. The unit may need a replacement belt, adjustment, cleaning, or additional servicing. Because of this issue, the vacuum is being sold with the brush roller not functioning.
