Beautiful antique decorative piece featuring an original fashion illustration page from The Delineator magazine, dated August 1902, professionally displayed in a hand-carved folk art wooden frame. The print titled “A Quintette of Beautiful Hats” depicts five Edwardian-era ladies’ hat fashions in color and retains wonderful period charm. The frame itself is equally impressive, featuring hand-carved leaf decorations at each corner and carved detailing along the rails. The construction, materials, wear patterns, and mounting methods suggest significant age. The back retains old hanging wire and handwritten markings that appear to read “Mt Howland” and “1877”, though this has not been authenticated.
