Vintage Sony TC-K22 Silver Stereo Cassette Deck — Made in Korea — Read DescriptionUp for sale is a classic early 1980s Sony TC-K22 Stereo Cassette Deck in a sharp brushed silver finish. This authentic Made in Korea model is partially functional and is an ideal candidate for a vintage audio enthusiast or technician who wants a solid deck that only needs a minor mechanical tune-up.Includes its rare original factory paper owner's operating manual featuring vintage handwritten notes on the front cover.Condition Details:Functional Status: The deck powers on successfully and all lights illuminate. It has been tested and it does play audio, but the tape transport mechanism needs attention: the fast-forward (FF) and rewind (REW) functions are currently not working. This is a classic, common symptom of old rubber belts that have stretched or dried out over time. A simple belt replacement should bring this vintage beauty back to full operational status. Sold completely AS-IS as described for restoration.Cosmetics: Good pre-owned vintage condition. The brushed silver front faceplate looks very clean and presents beautifully.
