Published by Bell Publishing Company Manufactured in the United States of America Library of Congress Catalog Card Number: 75-24606 The book features an extensively illustrated yoga course with full-color photographs demonstrating poses, stretching, breathing, relaxation and other exercises. VINTAGE MATERIALS FOUND INSIDE Also included is a group of loose vintage papers found stored inside this book. The collection includes handwritten and typewritten/printed material relating to yoga, exercise, fitness, diet and personal wellness. Examples visible among the materials include: Handwritten yoga exercise/practice lists Breathing and relaxation notes Lists of yoga poses and exercise sequences “Beginner and Advanced Yoga Poses” material Hatha Yoga material North Carolina Fitness Center diet/fitness material Low-carbohydrate diet information Additional handwritten personal notes/reflections Other related loose papers shown in the photographs Some of the loose material appears to date from around the early 1980s, including a handwritten 1981 date visible on one item.
