DECORATIVE REPRODUCTION AFTER FERNANDO BOTERO NOT AN ORIGINAL PAINTING BY FERNANDO BOTERO Large canvas artwork depicting a man in a dark suit and hat playing cards with a seated nude woman at a green-covered table. A bottle, drinking glass, and hanging light complete the scene. Rounded figures and rich teal, green, black, and warm brown tones create a striking decorative composition. This artwork is offered as a decorative reproduction or interpretation after Fernando Botero’s card-playing imagery. “After Botero” refers to the source of the composition, not the maker of this particular artwork. It is not offered as an original, authenticated, or personally signed work by Fernando Botero. SIGNATURE AND ATTRIBUTION A signature is visible at the lower right and appears to read “K. Terna.” This reading is tentative. The signer’s identity has not been established, and the signature has not been authenticated. Please refer to the close-up photograph for your own review. No certificate of authenticity, provenance documentation, or evidence of licensed reproduction status is included. No attribution to a named copyist is guaranteed. MATERIAL AND TECHNIQUE The artwork is on canvas stretched over a wooden stretcher. Its surface appears consistent with painted work; however, the production method has not been professionally examined. We cannot confirm whether it is entirely hand-painted or includes a printed base or painted enhancements. The exact medium is unknown and is not guaranteed to be oil or acrylic. DIMENSIONS AND PRESENTATION • Approximately 36 inches wide × 24 inches high. • Approximately 91.4 × 61 cm. • Horizontal orientation. • Canvas on a wooden stretcher. • No decorative outer frame included. • Creation date and country of origin are unknown. Measurements are approximate and refer to the overall stretched canvas. CONDITION Pre-owned, with visible surface imperfections including scattered small light-colored specks, dark spots, minor scratches, scuffs, and wear along the edges. The nature of individual spots has not been determined. No obvious large tears were observed during visual inspection. This is a visual condition description, not a professional conservation report. Please review the full-view photographs, close-ups, edges, and reverse before purchasing. Photographs form part of the description. Colors and brightness may appear different under other lighting conditions or on different screens. WHAT IS INCLUDED One canvas artwork on its wooden stretcher, exactly as photographed. No decorative frame, certificate, or additional accessories are included. Furniture and other surrounding objects shown in the photographs are not included. PACKING AND SHIPPING The artwork will ship stretched on its wooden stretcher, not rolled. It will be carefully packed with protection for the surface, corners, and edges. Shipping is calculated separately based on the packed dimensions, weight, and destination. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like additional photographs or clarification about any visible detail.1901
