Vintage Borg-Warner Electronic ignition control module #CBE-4 is a new ignition module designed by BorgWarner. essential for controlling the ignition system in a vehicle. Perfect for restoration projects or upgrading older vehicles, this Borg-Warner ignition control module offers a piece of automotive history with modern functionality.used primarily in General Motors (GM) high-energy ignition (HEI) distributor systems from the mid-1970s through the 1980s.Key Details:• Function: It triggers the ignition coil to generate spark at the correct timing for the engine cylinders.• Included Contents: The small silver packet at the bottom contains silicone thermal grease. This paste must be applied evenly to the metal backplate of the module during installation to transfer damaging heat away from the electronics into the distributor housing.
