Vintage French Language Monopoly Game Miro Company Paris c1957 Rare. It is manufactured by the Miro in Paris which is the company who was licensed to make the Monopoly board at that time. The game is not complete but has most of its original contents. The board has all of its property cards except for Rue de Paradis, a complete set of 'Chance' and 'Caisse de Communaute' cards. The set also comes with its original wooden green houses and red hotels. There are two original pieces for movement numbered 1 through 2 and are round. Each one has Monopoly and the number written on both sides. The set includes 9 wood red hotels measuring 3/4 inch long, 1/2 high. The 19 green wood houses measuring 1/2 inch. The game has original dice. The monopoly money measures 2 high 3 and 3/4 wide and comes in the following denominations and amounts.1.000-605.000-2510.000-40100-3350.000-102.000-19500-36-one is tornSome of the money shows dark spots from paper deterioration. There are 16 caisse de communaute cards and 16 Chance cards both measuring 2 inches high 3.25 wide. The monopoly board folds 4 ways to fit in the box when it is opened it measures19x19. When folded it is 10x 10 which is the size of the box. There is some creasing on the board and box shows significant wear, marks, tape and tears. All pieces/items within the game shows some wear from age or use. The cards show some creasing. Please see pictures for details.
