All inside shearling. There are two bald/thinned areas on the cuff of the left slipper and one on the right. These are not glaring (see photos) but have to be looked for. I want them noted. The inside fur is THICK and ready for YOUR cozies! Please closely examine all pictures for visual details and read the item description for measurements to ensure a proper fit. The shoes/sandals in the picture are the ones you will receive.
