Vintage Yoshiki Hishinuma top in sheer mesh with an opaque woven yoke and center panel, finished in his signature pinked zigzag edges with a punched dot detail and a short exposed front zip. Fully authenticated by the woven side-seam label, shown in photos. Size 3 (Hishinuma sizing, roughly a US M to L). Materials: 90% polyester, 7% nylon, 3% polyurethane. Dry clean only. Style no. 9SCTC126. Measurements, flat: pit to pit 17", length 22". Condition: pre-owned vintage with minor age-related discoloration to the front panel, visible on close inspection and shown in the last two photos. Structurally excellent, no rips, snags, or holes. Yoshiki Hishinuma, is a protégé of Issey Miyake who is globally celebrated for his avant-garde, heat-treated synthetic textiles and structural shapes. The top features his recognizable experimental tailoring, highlighting a solid front bib section framed by geometric zigzag stitching and raw-edge details paired with an ultra-lightweight mesh body. Hishinuma’s pieces from the 1990s and early 2000s are highly collectible items of wearable art. LACMA has a collection of his work in their museum.
