This listing is for a vintage set of two (2) hardcover books from the famous CIBA Collection of Medical Illustrations. Both books are Volume 1: Nervous System, featuring the legendary anatomical paintings of Frank H. Netter, M.D. These books are highly regarded for their scientific accuracy and beautiful detail. This lot includes two different later printings of the same volume: Volume 1 (11th Printing): Published in 1975. Volume 1 (6th Printing): Published in 1996. Details: Illustrator: Frank H. Netter, M.D. Subject: Neurology / Anatomy and Physiology Style: Mid-Century and Modern Academic Format: Hardcover with approximately 9 x 12 inch green cloth boards Publisher: CIBA / Ciba-Geigy Corporation Country of Origin: USA Condition: The books are in good condition for their age. The 1975 volume shows some light shelf wear and a vintage library card pocket inside. The 1996 volume is crisp with clean pages. No significant writing or highlighting was found in either book.
