Brink & Cotton C-Clamps No 142 1/2 2.5 Inch Vintage Tool Set of 2 Made in USA. Heavy duty cast iron. Brink & Cotton began in 1925 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, known for high-quality American-made woodworking and metalworking vises and clamps. These classic shop tools remain favorites for their durability. Each measures approximately 5 inches long. A Bit of History Brink & Cotton was established in 1925 by Frederick Brink in Bridgeport, Connecticut. They became a staple in American workshops, particularly famous for their "No. 142" series of clamps which were prized for their strength and reliability. The company was eventually acquired by the Warren Tool Group in 1987 and later by Wilton in 1995, making these original Bridgeport-stamped pieces highly collectible examples of mid-century American manufacturing.
