Dont think this was ever used. This is a complete vintage 1999 Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace promotional collector cup featuring the Gungan leader, Captain Tarpals. This listing is highly collectible as it includes the original clear plastic straw, which is frequently missing from these sets. The cup was part of a major 1999 cross-promotion with Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut. It features a large, detailed 3D figural topper of Captain Tarpals with posable arms and a textured sculpt. Product Details: Character: Captain Tarpals (Different from other Gungans due to his whiskers and raspy voice). Completeness: Includes the Cup, the 3D Character Topper, and the Original Straw.
