Vintage Pendleton two-piece skirt suit in the classic Blackwatch plaid. Deep navy and forest green tartan in 100% virgin wool. Set includes a structured blazer with front buttons and hip pockets and a matching pleated skirt with back zipper and button closure. Blazer is fully lined and has light shoulder padding. Skirt is unlined Made in the USA. Overall very nice vintage condition. The pleat anchor stitching on the back of the skirt is slightly loose in one spot (shown in photo). Pleats remain intact and it could easily be secured with a few stitches if desired. Blazer tag size 4 Skirt tag size 6 Because the pieces are slightly different sizes this works well as a mixed size suit set, which is common with vintage tailoring. Classic heritage piece that fits well with academia / equestrian / preppy styling.
