Greek Orthodox devotional icon depicting Saint George the Trophy-Bearer (Ο Άγιος Γεώργιος) slaying the dragon, mounted on his white horse. This is a certified serigraphy (silkscreen) reproduction on canvas, mounted on solid carved wood with a gold leaf background, hand-finished by conservators and artisans, and sealed with pure beeswax. Made in Greece. Comes with the original manufacturer's certificate (multilingual — Greek, Russian, English, Italian, Spanish), dated November 2019, affixed to the back of the piece.This is NOT a hand-painted icon — it is a high-quality workshop serigraphy in the traditional Byzantine/Mount Athos style, sold as an authentic devotional reproduction.DIMENSIONSApprox. 6.5" x 8.5" x 1" Gently used/display condition.
