This striking vintage Taxco, Mexico sterling silver hinged bangle bracelet showcases a beautiful mid-to-late century modernist style. Weighing a substantial 26.92 grams, the bracelet features a vibrant geometric channel inlay consisting of natural malachite, turquoise, onyx, lapis lazuli, and sparkling reddish-brown goldstone. The bracelet is designed with a secure tongue-and-groove clasp and a smooth hinge that opens wide for easy wear. It measures approximately 6.75 inches in interior circumference, sitting right between a 6.5 and 7 on the mandrel. The inner band is clearly hallmarked "MEXICO," "925," and features the registered artisan mark "TL-17." It is in excellent structural condition with a lovely natural patina and minor micro-scratches consistent with age. **As shown in the close-up photos, there is some very minor surface pitting and tiny air pocket voids on a few of the darker composite inlay sections, which is an authentic characteristic of vintage Mexican lapidary work. A gorgeous, wearable collector's piece of authentic Mexican silver craftsmanship.
