VINTAGE INC international Women's S Rain Coat Polka Dot Black Cream Unique CottonThis unique, vintage, women's rain coat by INC International Concepts is perfect rain protection for any occasionMade with 100% cotton in a stylish polka dot patternKnee length coat features long sleeves and a button closureThe buttons are hidden when buttonedDecorative buttons at the cuffsHem vent on the back which makes movement a breezeThe jacket even has pockets for added convenienceEasy care - simply wipe with a damp clothSize small. This is from my personal closet. Very unique. I've never seen someone else with the same jacket. In VGUC, no stains, marks, or holes noted. Chest approx 18" across (36" chest)Length approx 34" - shoulder to hem.Sleeve - pit to cuff - approx 17.5"Good advice is to compare measurements found here with measurements of a similar item you already enjoy wearing. There is so much variation between sizes and brands (and within the same brand).
