Original 1988 Wang’s International teddy bear décor piece, made in Taiwan during the late 80s import era. Features a small teddy with red bow sitting on a heart-shaped base with an integrated candle holder. Estimated 35+ years old, and pieces like this don’t show up as often with the original marking still intact.
