This breathtaking bright blue silk top is a rare, show-stopping collector's item you will find nowhere else!This top has a deep, narrow V-neckline and fluttering cap sleeves that are lined along the edges with metallic beading. The front is heavily decorated around the chest and waist with white cowrie shells arranged into flower shapes, surrounded by metallic beads.As shown when laid out flat, the bottom half flares out into a spectacular, full circular peplum shape.
