The Paeraengi was the woven bamboo hat of commoners, pedlars and travelling merchants - light, practical and unmistakably Korean. NoPlasticSunday reissues that silhouette as a palm-sized miniature: the domed crown, the wide brim and the small white cotton pom-poms that marked a merchant's hat, all rebuilt in recycled plastic and finished with a metal chain.
