How should I wash these towels?Wash before first use. For the first few washes, wash the towels separately (towels only, 3–5 per load) on a gentle/wool cycle with plenty of water and a strong spin, using a small amount of detergent in water at 40°C (104°F) or below. Do not use bleach, wool detergent or fabric softener, and avoid washing with towels or clothes of other colors. If a loop pulls out, do not pull it — trim it with scissors. Do not cut the twisted threads at the hem; they are part of the cross-hemming finish.Q2. What size are the towels and what is included? The set includes 3 towels, each 40 x 80 cm (15.7 x 31.5 in), which is a standard US hand towel size. Each towel weighs 190 g.Q3. Will I pay customs duties in the United States? No. U.S. orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are prepaid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.Q4. Is this an official K-Heritage product?Yes. Each set is purchased new from K-Heritage Store, the official shop operated by the Korea Heritage Service. SeoulDirect is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the Korea Heritage Service or the National Folk Museum of Korea.
