This unit is in very clean and shiny condition. Like all used stainless steel appliances it has normal wear, faint scratches etc. But this unit is has a nice metallic sheen. The fan and/or motor assembly runs louder than average. Due to difficulty finding the part and the fact that it works 100 percent functional in terms of the heating elements, thermostat and holding temperature, I figured it would be best to sell it as it is: namely, a lovely device in the upper B to lower A grade aesthetic condition, A grade functionality, and C grade for noise due to the fan/motor assembly. IF USING IN A COMMERCIAL SETTING, the environment house will drown out this small audio defect, especially in a commercial kitchen with other appliances running and the daily commotion. In a commercial kitchen, the noise won't even register your ears unless very close to the unit while it is operating.
