Size and condition above come from the listing. The description below is the seller’s own text.

Incredibly beautiful picture with excellent picture clarity and rich contrast. Adjustable picture and audio settings via menu settings. Deeper configuration of image and geometry etc. is accessible via the hidden service menu. Cosmetically also great condition for its age.Comes with 1x original Magnavox remote for this exact unit + 1x spare remote (also Magnavox brand, works with this unit, but is not designed for it; however, it is an extra, just-in-case backup that comes with your purchase). Details pulled via CRT Database:NotesThe picture quality over component is mostly fantastic. I personally recommend down color saturation in the standard menu to get optimal results. The set even supports 50hz, but only over component will it be in color.Chassis was originally made by TCL hence the "TC" in the chassis model number. However, that was just Philips's name for the chassis, as it is also known as the M123A chassis in RCA's 20F512T.SpecificationsBrand: MagnavoxManufacturer: TCLModel:20MS3442/17Series:MSViewable Size:20"Input Signals: Composite, S-Video, RF, Component YPbPrNative Resolutions: 240p, 480i, 288p, 576iHorizontal Scan Range:15 kHzVertical Scan Range:50 Hz, 60 HzFormats:NTSCAspect: 4:3Adjustments:OSD Customer Controls, OSD Service MenuHorz. What the returns policy means

All sales final. Items not as described are always covered — see Buyer Protection.

«All sales final» means the seller does not accept change-of-mind returns: once an order ships, it is yours.

None of that limits Closo Buyer Protection. An item that is not as described, arrives damaged, or never arrives is always covered in full, whatever the shop's own returns policy says.
