Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic Royal Doulton "Biddy Pennyfarthing" porcelain figurine (Model HN 1843). Originally designed by the renowned artist Leslie Harradine in 1938, this timeless piece is a classic from Royal Doulton’s beloved Balloon Characters series. The figurine depicts a charming Victorian street vendor wearing a traditional pink patterned blouse, a white apron, and a dark fringed shawl. She cradles a colorful cluster of balloons on her shoulder while holding a fresh basket of flowers. Condition Overall: Excellent vintage condition. Details: The hand-painted colors remain vibrant and the glaze has a beautiful, brilliant shine. Flaws: Free of visible chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. Base: Features the official Royal Doulton England lion-and-crown backstamp, the registration mark, and the title explicitly printed on the bottom (see photos for details).
