Winnie is a rare and beautiful approximately 24-inch handcrafted soft sculpture folk art doll from the iconic Little Souls Inc. collection by artist Gretchen Wilson.This specific doll is dated 1990 and features the authentic handwritten artist inscription directly on her body: “© 1990 Little Souls Inc., 'Winnie', created by GRETCHEN WILSON” (see photos).Winnie is dressed in a wonderfully detailed, layered outfit featuring vibrant plaid and tapestry textiles, oversized button accents on her overalls, patterned leggings, a matching dark beret over her classic blonde yarn hair, and textured saddle shoes. She is holding her signature miniature "Pocket Memo" notebook.Artist: Gretchen Wilson / Little Souls Inc.Name: WinnieExcellent vintage condition. Clean cloth, vibrant fabric colors, and crisp signature. Please review all photos for details on outfit textiles and physical condition. Comes from a smoke-free home.Notebook does have some yellowing and a tear on the front (see image) Shoes have a crease on the toe and a couple of scuff marks.
