The front says it just as well: three silhouettes stacked like growth marks on a doorframe, and a yardstick running right up the edge. Teachers keep this one on the desk, not the shelf. Parents read a little and stop taking it personally. Honest condition, and I only shot the covers, so that's all I'll speak to. The block is flat and square, the spine uncracked. There's a tan stain about three-quarters of an inch on the front cover's outer edge, down beside the CHIP WOOD line. On the back, two stacked warehouse labels — the top one torn and lifted at a corner — sitting over the printed barcode panel and part of the author bio.
