Vintage Porcelain Footed Egg-Shaped Hinged Trinket Box – Pink Toile de Jouy Style Pastoral Scene (3.75")Up for your consideration is a charming vintage porcelain egg-shaped trinket or jewelry keepsake box. This lovely piece stands approximately 3.75 inches tall and features three elegant, gold-toned tripod feet that curve outwardThe exterior is beautifully decorated with a detailed French provincial or pastoral "Toile de Jouy" style scene, depicted in a classic monochrome mauve-pink against a clean white porcelain background. The top and bottom halves are secured by an ornate, gold-toned metal decorative trim and hinge, complete with a small flower/rosette clasp on the front.The interior of the box is a clean, glazed white porcelain, making it a perfect decorative accent for a vanity, dresser, or shelf to hold rings, small jewelry pieces, or pills.Height: Approx. 3.75 inchesMaterial: Porcelain & Metal HardwareColor: White, Mauve Pink, and Gilded GoldMarkings: Unmarked / No hallmarkOverall good vintage condition.
