This is the vintage "Hear Ye, Hear Ye" hand-painted porcelain figurine (HUM #15), originally designed by master sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1935 for Goebel. It features a young Bavarian town crier holding a long pole lantern and blowing into his horn, complete with a pocket watch dangling from his classic blue coat.<br><br>The bottom base shows clean Goebel TMK-6 markings alongside incised mold lines & signed by artist with 82 for year produced 1982. Sold as-is; please inspect photos closely for the collar imperfection before purchasing.<br><br>As-Is / Fair Vintage Condition. The figurine displays vibrant, well-preserved paint work and has no crazing on the body. However, there is a distinct chip missing from the right collar of the jacket.
