Vintage 1981 Takahashi San Francisco porcelain picture frame. Elevate your vanity, bedside table, or shelf decor with this beautiful vintage porcelain picture frame by Takahashi San Francisco. Manufactured in Japan and dated 1981, this highly collectible piece is a standout example of mid-century Asian-Chinoiserie design, making it a perfect fit for cottagecore, grandmillennial, or traditional home styles. The frame features a vibrant blue background adorned with a geometric, gold-lined interlocking circle pattern and lush pink and magenta flowers anchor the base. Elegant, bright gold gilt trim highlighting the wavy outer border and the oval photo cutout. The back features the authentic stamped hallmark "Takahashi San Francisco - Hand Decorated - Made in Japan" along with the 1981 copyright date. Formatted strictly for vertical (portrait) tabletop display with a built-in free-standing easel backing. Measures 3 1/2" x 3". Window is 2 1/4" x 1 3/4". Excellent condition.
