Condition Description Overall Condition: Pre-owned / Played-with vintage condition. The house functions well as a portable, folding playset and latches securely closed for storage. Structural Plastic Wear (Missing Pieces & Cracks): The interior upper peaks near the roof support beams have sections of missing plastic, creating noticeable gaps/breakage along the top inner roofline where the halves meet. The exterior front features a hairline crack running down the cream-colored siding from the upper-left window frame. Interior Sticker Wear: The main cosmetic flaw is on the interior upstairs right wall, where the sailboat painting decal is significantly torn and peeling. Other interior decorative stickers show light edge wear. Tested Functionality: The side latch opens and swings smoothly, the pink interior spiral stairs are securely attached, and the doors function properly. The authentic "Redbox 1999 No. 22307" maker's mark is clearly stamped on the bottom of the green base. Electronic sound features are untested.
