Offered is a set of two (2) vintage Fenton Art Glass collector plates from the "Christmas in America" series. These beautiful blue satin (frosted) plates feature highly detailed embossed scenes of historic American landmarks. Included in this set: 1975 (No. 6): "Birthplace of Liberty" - St. John's Church, Richmond, VA. (Includes original gold foil sticker). 1976 (No. 7): "The Old North Church" - Boston, MA. Condition Report: These plates are being sold as-found. Please review the photos carefully as they are part of the description: Reverse Staining: There is a noticeable yellowish stain/discoloration on the bottom rim/reverse side of the 1976 (Old North Church) plate. Surface Wear: Both plates show some general "dirtiness" and light surface marks typical of glass that has been displayed or stored for many years. Integrity: No chips, cracks, or structural damage found. A gentle cleaning with mild soap and water may improve the appearance, but the buyer may wish to perform a deeper cleaning upon arrival.
