Stunning mid-century style cast-brass Federal American Eagle picture frame. This ornate wall plaque features a detailed patriotic bald eagle with outstretched wings and prominent talons. The back retains its original portrait backing plate secured by two rotating brass retention tabs, ready to hold a 2.5-inch circular photo. Measures exactly 6.5 inches tall from tail to wingtip. A perfect addition to a vintage gallery wall or Americana collection.Great vintage condition with excellent structural integrity. The back features its original black backing material and both brass swivel-clip closures fully intact. No cracks or breaks in the metal. Shows a beautiful authentic patina on both sides.
