Airlines Co., Ltd.This beautiful piece of early aviation ephemera features a striking front cover illustration with an airplane silhouette, Native American Thunderbird motif, and a stylized depiction of the canyon.The back features a prominent purple ink overstamp for the historic "BRIGHT ANGEL LODGE," dating this specific piece to the late 1930s following the lodge's redesign and reopening in 1935. The text describes scenic cabin plane "wonder-flights" over both the North and South Rims, listing ticket availability at the El Tovar Hotel, Bright Angel Lodge, and Grand Canyon Lodge.Condition:The text and graphics remain incredibly bright and completely legible. There is some light, expected age-related edge wear, and a finger blocks a portion of the lower edge in the reference photo, but the paper stock remains stable.
