Vintage boxed set of 3 linen lace-trim kerchiefs (handkerchiefs), presented in their original folded retail arrangement with straight pins and the original printed "3 Kerchiefs" tag still in place — never unpinned or laundered, as found. Lace appliqués in white, powder blue, and soft yellow floral motifs. Original presentation box, approx. 9.5" x 9", features a colorful floral bouquet and Colonial-style figure holding a rose, signed "Averill" on the lid.<br>Condition: box lid shows shelf wear, edge wear, and water staining on the interior; pencil marks visible on the underside. Linen shows light age toning and a few small spots; lace is delicate and should be handled gently. Not tested for fiber content. Sold as-is.<br>A standout piece for collectors of vintage linens, lace ephemera, or unused/folded textile sets — the box artwork and kerchief style share the same romantic, lace-forward aesthetic.
