Vintage lot of two Bareuther Bavaria Christmas collector plates from the annual Limited Edition Christmas series produced in West Germany. Included in this lot: Bareuther Christmas Plate 1972 “Frauenkirche Seen From Peters Church in Munich” Original brochure Original styrofoam insert Original collector box and Bareuther Christmas Plate 1973 Winter sledding scene Original brochure Original styrofoam insert Original collector box Features: Limited Edition collector plates Fine porcelain construction Beautiful blue monochrome Christmas artwork Bareuther Waldsassen Bavaria porcelain Made in West Germany Original packaging and paperwork included Holiday and Christmas display pieces Collector series dating to the early 1970s The 1972 plate features the famous Frauenkirche viewed from St. Peter’s Church in Munich. The 1973 plate depicts a charming winter scene with children enjoying a sleigh ride through a snowy landscape. Both plates have been well preserved and display exceptionally well. The collector plates are significantly better preserved than the original packaging. A wonderful addition to any collector plate collection, German porcelain collection, Christmas decor display, or vintage holiday collection.
