<p>Original first-printing Family Dog concert poster advertising Blood, Sweat & Tears, John Handy and Son House at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, March 15–17, 1968.</p><br /><p>Designed by Stanley Mouse, this FD-110 poster features a striking Statue of Liberty graphic in bright orange-red and black with psychedelic lettering.</p><br /><p>Comes from The Velvet Underground/Sanford’s clothing store in San Francisco, where it was hung to advertise the upcoming show.</p><br /><p>Measures approximately 14 × 20 inches. Ships carefully rolled in a protective tube.</p><br /><p>Condition:</p><p>Vintage displayed condition with multiple pinholes and small punctures, including within the printed artwork. Edge and corner wear, small tears, creasing, surface rubbing and scratches with some ink loss. Back has age toning, discoloration, old tape remnants and a small handwritten number. Colors remain strong. Please examine all photos carefully.</p>
