Antique Japanese mechanical regulator wall clock associated with the Aichiken Clock-Makers’ Union / clock manufacturers of Aichi Prefecture, Japan.The clock features a wooden octagon-drop case, mechanical key-wind movement, two winding openings, pendulum, Arabic numeral dial, and a lower glass door marked “REGULATOR.”The clock is not working and is being sold for parts, restoration, or decorative use. The movement and strike functions have not been further tested. The wooden case has multiple visible cracks, separated joints, finish wear, scratches, and age-related deterioration. The dial shows discoloration, surface wear, staining, and loss to some of the printed details.Includes the wall clock, pendulum, and the winding key shown. Compatibility of the key with both winding arbors has not been confirmed. No other accessories are included.Due to the age and condition of the clock, professional inspection and restoration are recommended before attempting operation.
